Look like your NTU e-mail address is still valid. Attached is information about the
Ilan conference. Two items are important there. One is the conference dates, October
17-18(Saturday and Sunday). The other is the deadline for submitting a paper, August
31. The conference organizer has called me twice this week about the August 31
deadline.

If you are still interested in presenting your thesis work at the conference, we can
probably put together a paper based on your publication in the Geographical Journal.
For example, you can cut out the statistics part and just write out the results in
words. Let me know what you think. I must have an answer for the conference organizer
when she calls again.

好久沒參加conference了。

還在當兵的時候，
Professor Chang 就跟我提過有一個「宜蘭研究」的研討會，
時間地點在今年十月份宜蘭縣史館，
將以宜蘭「產業發展與變遷」為主題，
剛好有這個機會，
我的paper被邀請上台present。

期待我在台上的表現，
也期待再去宜蘭玩一趟。
